Compendium Government, LLC was formed in 2022 so that we may better focus on the needs of government. Our components have been used in various capacities in government since 2010, mostly through resellers and prime contractors.
TETRA server components and products have been used on more than 74,000 government servers (bare metal and VM) running Windows Server Operating Systems.
Agencies include the DoD, VA, and a variety of Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agencies.

Moreover, as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the TETRA Platform, the vast majority of our products can be purchased within the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ("SAT"), and in accordance with applicable FAR provisions for "Total small business set-asides", a policy intended to support small business producers under the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) 19.502-2.
"The Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) is an exception to the performance requirements that allows a firm that is not a manufacturer to qualify as a small business on a supply contract set aside for small businesses if, among other things, it supplies the product of a small business made in the United States1. FAR 19.502-2 (c) protects small business manufacturers and prohibits the federal government from getting small business credit for the acquisition of products not manufactured by small businesses. However, it also allows a small business set-aside to a small business reseller/prime vendor in cases where no small business manufacturers exist."

The Small Business Subcontracting Program is designed to encourage Prime Contractors to source products / supplies from small business producers (NMR). FAR 19.705-7 compliance states that "Maximum practicable utilization of small business...as subcontractors in Government contracts is a matter of national interest with both social and economic benefits."
